Job Description

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and pupils in achieving academic excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-to-one and small group intervention support to underachieving students
  • Working closely with teachers to develop and implement effective strategies for improving student attainment
  • Assisting with lesson planning and delivery, adapting materials to meet the needs of students with varying abilities
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and achievement
