Technical Business Development Manager

Our client, a leading contract electronics manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic Technical Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in the industry. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies for new business growth, identifying and targeting new opportunities, and nurturing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective strategies for new business growth, identify and target new opportunities, and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Industry Expertise: Utilize extensive experience in electronics manufacturing to propose tailored solutions, stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and the competitive landscape.
  • Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, act as a trusted advisor, offering technical expertise and guidance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, collaborate with internal stakeholders to address client needs.
  • Negotiation: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms align with company objectives and standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in contract electronics manufacturing or electronic kitting.
  • In-depth knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
