As a member of our maintenance team, you will play an integral role in maintaining the high standards of our interior and exterior spaces. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that our guests enjoy a truly exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces and areas for decorating and painting
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Carry out all painting and decorating duties to a high standard across the property and grounds
- Ensure the property is aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained year-round
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time
- Undertake activities to maintain safe and clean external environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator
- Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment
- Excellent knowledge of painting materials and techniques
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
- Good physical condition and stamina
Working Hours
- 5 days a week
- 40 hours per week
- 9.30am – 6pm shift pattern
- Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business
