Job Opportunity: Youth Behaviour Advocate

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Youth Behaviour Advocate to join our team at Together Trust Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people with challenging behaviour.

About the Role:

  • To work therapeutically within a person-centred PBS model, supporting young people and families to stay together and thrive.
  • To provide specialist support to young people and their families in their own homes and communities, promoting independence and self-advocacy skills.
  • To contribute to a comprehensive package of training and development opportunities, including apprenticeship qualifications.
  • Annual salary: £22,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, great communicator, and eager to provide high levels of support to children and their families.
