Production Team Lead

**Job Summary:**
Arla Foods is seeking a highly skilled Production Team Lead to join our team as an Asset Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and processes.
About the Role:
- Work to high standards to achieve departmental targets in Quality, Efficiency, Waste and cost reduction.
- Actively contribute and seek continuous improvements to achieve departmental targets.
- Resolve minor breakdowns and carry out basic maintenance.
- Monitor equipment performance and correct/raise issues before they become problems.
- Maintain strict food hygiene and health and safety standards.
- Ensure full completion of daily targets, drive daily KPIs.
- Ensure departmental procedures are followed and records are maintained.
- Contribute to the team reporting and decision-making process.
- Ensure quality, hygiene, health and safety standards are met and regular audits are conducted.
- Actively promote communication links and good working relationships with colleagues.
- Maintain high standards of work ethics in respect to lateness and absences.
- Plan production effectively to optimise resources and output.
- Carry out any other duties commensurate with the role.
- Fully integrate and deliver daily asset care to all equipment.
- Able to work on its own and be able to challenge different areas of the business.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a contributory pension scheme, life insurance, and a generous annual leave allowance.
