Job Summary:
TSR Legal Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join our team. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our fee earners with administrative and conveyancing-related tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly communicate with clients to keep them informed of the progress of their cases
- Draft important legal documents
- Manage diaries effectively and efficiently
- Manage matters on our case management system
- Oversee cases from initial opening to final billing stage
- Maintain and update databases
- Ensure all information is current and accurate
Requirements:
- Experience in conveyancing
- Accurate typing skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience with Connect legal software is highly beneficial
