Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities- Lead the pharmacy department, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and delivering exceptional patient care.
- Motivate and inspire the pharmacy team, encourage a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with GPhC regulations and maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care.
- Contribute to achieving departmental targets and business goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and patient experience.
- Build strong relationships with other healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
- Registration with the GPhC as a pharmacist in the UK.
