About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire and Security Service Engineer to join our team. As a Fire and Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on Fire and Security Systems, including Intruder Alarms, Access Control, CCTV, and Fire Alarm Systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Servicing and maintaining Fire and Security Systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Fault-finding and troubleshooting issues with Fire and Security Systems, including Intruder Alarms, Access Control, CCTV, and Fire Alarm Systems.
  • Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure that their needs are met and that any issues are resolved promptly.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to customers and colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on Fire and Security Systems, including Intruder Alarms, Access Control, CCTV, and Fire Alarm Systems.
  • Product knowledge of Intruder Alarms (Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, and Risco), Access Control (Paxton and PAC), CCTV (Hikvision, Bosch, and Dahua), and Fire Alarm Systems (Notifier, Gent, Advanced Morely, C-Tec, and Protec).
  • Full UK driving license (clean license desired).
