Job Details

Job Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support students in the classroom and during intervention groups, using their skills to engage and motivate students who face challenges in learning and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students in the classroom and during intervention groups
  • Use innovative approaches to engage and motivate students
  • Build strong relationships with students and other adults
  • Communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality
  • Be adaptable, flexible, proactive, and relentlessly optimistic
