As an Apprentice Trainer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering apprenticeship training programs for our Low Carbon Heating Technician apprentice employees.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Develop Training Materials: Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive activities, to support the learning needs of our apprentices.
- Collaborate with Technical Experts: Work closely with our technical experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content, aligning with industry standards and best practices.
- Customize Training Delivery: Adapt the delivery of training programs to meet the specific needs of individual learners, taking into account their learning styles and preferences.
- Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques, such as lectures, group discussions, case studies, and simulations, to engage and motivate learners.
- Evaluate Learning Outcomes: Assess participants' knowledge and skills before, during, and after training sessions, using a range of assessment tools, such as quizzes, tests, or observations.
- Provide Feedback and Coaching: Offer constructive feedback and coaching to participants to help them improve their performance and achieve their learning goals.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and new training techniques to continuously improve training programs and methods.

- Proficiency in Training Software: Be proficient in using training software and multimedia tools to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Experience in the Plumbing and Heating Industry: Have experience in the plumbing and heating industry, with a strong understanding of the skills and knowledge required for Low Carbon Heating Technicians.
