Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with a small team to manufacture PVC frames through the production line, adhering to strict quality standards.
- Operate air-powered tools to secure hardware to the frame, ensuring precision and accuracy.
- Utilize self-standing windows fabrication machinery to produce high-quality products.
- Rotate section work to ensure multi-skilled working and provide cover for staff absences.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all organizational policies and procedures.
- Develop and foster positive working relationships with colleagues and contracted personnel.
- Represent the organization in a professional manner, promoting the Epwin Core Values.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage, but not essential.
- Proven ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
