Elderly Care Services Supervisor

Domus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Health and Social Care professional to join a national provider of care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism & Complex Needs as a Supported Living Manager in Surrey.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for managing a purpose-built Supported Living service that provides a safe environment to support individuals with Learning disabilities, Autism and Mental Health needs, including behaviours that challenge.
Main Responsibilities:- Enable the people we support to lead fulfilling lives and maximise their independence to achieve their full potential.
- Prioritise the wellbeing of the team and provide them with the necessary tools and opportunities to excel in their current role and future career.
- Ensure the service operates efficiently and responsibly, balancing achievement with quality ethos.
- Effectively manage financial performance, ensuring financial resources are appropriately managed and controlled.
- Promote quality assurance, working towards legal, clinical, statutory, and organisational obligations to develop effective work strategies and processes.
- Ensure full and accurate reporting of management information, maximising quality and compliance.
- Extensive experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities or complex behaviours.
- An experienced Service Manager looking for a new challenge, preferably with a background in Supported Living or Residential Services.
- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care - support and training towards Level 4 and 5 is available.
- Confidence, flexibility, and efficiency - you're happy to work on a shift basis and, where required, be on call.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
