HR Administrative Assistant

Austin Fraser is seeking a highly organised and passionate HR Administrative Assistant to join its dynamic Head Office team. This role offers the ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a demanding industry, committed to delivering exceptional service.
The successful candidate will support the HR Manager and collaborate with a customer-focused team of over 550 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the HR Manager and contribute to the success of the HR team.
- Deliver excellent service to Directors, Managers, and employees across all sites in daily operations.
- Maintain HR-related documents in accordance with current employment law and company procedures.
- Handle all administration relating to employees with accuracy and consistency.
Requirements:
- Experience working within an HR department or administering HR-related matters.
- Proficiency in taking minutes and producing outcome documentation.
- Familiarity with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Willingness to learn and potential for advancement under CIPD if desired.
- Good standard of education, with grades C or above in GCSE Maths and English.
- Strong experience using Microsoft 365 and associated packages.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
- Willingness to travel to other locations as required.
- Ability to work in a highly confidential environment.
