Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to join our Refurbishment business team. As a key member of our Partnership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality refurbishment projects while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage refurbishment projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with the Projects Manager and wider delivery team to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and implement robust health, safety, and environmental procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage the supply chain, ensuring that necessary processes are adhered to and quality standards are maintained.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.
