Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to work in a target driven environment, managing customers and accounts, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new clients, chasing leads and maintaining regular contact with potential, new and existing clients.
  • Communicating with candidates seeking their next opportunity and facilitating communication between candidates, clients and colleagues via email and telephone.
  • Scheduling interviews and screening candidates, ensuring all necessary information is gathered before submitting them to clients for review.
  • Maintaining longstanding customer relationships/account management – this is a high priority for us.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Happiness working in a target driven environment.
  • Business Development skills.
  • Experience working within a sales driven environment.
  • Extensive experience managing customers and accounts.
