About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Night Concierge Worker at our Coventry location.

Job Description:

As a Night Concierge Worker, you will be responsible for providing a secure and safe environment for tenants during nighttime hours. Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining the security and safety of the building
  • Completing compliance checks
  • Recording any issues that may arise
  • Assisting in resolving incidents and reporting to relevant departments

You will also be the first point of contact for advice and support, utilizing your excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with tenants.

The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable individuals and have a passion for supporting people to improve their lives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a similar night concierge service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A keen interest in supporting people to overcome challenges
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

This position is subject to an enhanced DBS check, paid for by P3.
