**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Mobile Contract Supervisor to join our team in Central London. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical, mechanical, or building services engineering and excellent leadership skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Manage a team of six engineers across multiple contracts
  2. Support site managers and lead the portfolio in their absence
  3. Identify and quote for adhoc/extra/minor works across sites
  4. Ensure statutory and code compliance of all sites
  5. Implement Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules
  6. Monitor staff performance using Help Desk and PPM systems

**Requirements:**

  • Educated to HNC or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering
  • 2-3 years leadership experience with good technical knowledge
  • Proven experience as a supervisor across multiple contracts/projects
  • Capable of costing and supervising reactive repairs and small project works
  • A proven track record of delivery within the M&E maintenance sector

**Working Conditions:**

  • Based in Central London with frequent site visits required
  • Flexible working hours may be required
