Our Business
We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding company, offering a unique opportunity for a Recruitment Specialist to join our Business Support division. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and graduates looking for Administrative based roles locally via job boards and various networks.
The Role
- Source candidates and graduates looking for Administrative based roles locally via job boards and various networks
- Build relationships with hiring managers and identify job opportunities for your candidates
- Sell your candidates to your client base and vice versa, arranging interviews, taking interview feedback, and delivering job offers and rejections
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by being proactive and offering a first-class service
What We Offer
- We offer very competitive starting salaries for consultants ranging from £22k to £35k depending on experience
- Quarterly bonus pays out between 20% and 40% with a low threshold
- Additional bonuses include an annual holiday and milestone bonus scheme
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, and parking
- A 34-hour working week with a 4pm finish on a Friday
- Internal and external training is offered to all staff
