Nursing Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions in Lisburn, Northern Ireland.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading clinical teams, and driving quality improvements. You will work closely with our Nurse Manager to ensure the highest standards of patient care and staff development.

  • Manage day-to-day operations, lead clinical teams, and drive quality improvements
  • Work closely with a highly motivated team to provide high-quality care to residents
  • Carry out administration of medicines according to policy and procedure
  • Keep clear and accurate records at all times
  • Provide clinical care where required
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £44,441+ per annum, with enhanced overtime and Bank holiday rates. You will also receive provided meals and ongoing training.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid NMC registration
  • 6+ months of Nursing/Charge Nurse experience
  • Be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental health nurse or Learning disability nurse
