About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Tyre and Exhaust Fitter to join our team at Talent Finder. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fitting exhausts and tyres to various makes of vehicle, removing and refitting tyres and components in accordance with our high standards, and fixing brakes and exhausts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fitting exhausts and tyres to various makes of vehicle
  • Removing and refitting tyres and components in accordance with the company's high standards
  • Fixing brakes and exhausts
  • Servicing and fixing minor faults
  • Road testing

What We Offer:

  • Pension: 3% employer 5% employee contribution
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays

Requirements:

  • Good mechanical knowledge and experience working within a mechanical environment
  • Be over 25 with a current driving licence for insurance purposes
  • Be computer literate (optional)
  • Be able to work in a team and on own initiative
  • Possess a 'can-do' attitude
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Adhering to all health and safety
