Accounting and Business Development Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an accomplished Accounting and Business Development Manager to join our finance team at ARO. As a key player in our hybrid organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Your expertise in financial analysis, process improvement, and team management will be essential in achieving our goals.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets for business units.
- Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, making informed recommendations to senior leadership.
- Mentor and develop junior finance staff, promoting their growth and career advancement.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- ACA or ACCA or CIMA qualified with a minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience.
- Strong Excel skills and data visualization expertise.
- Proven track record of delivering business value through process improvements and cost savings.
**What We Offer:
