Your primary responsibility will be to identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations, while implementing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in control and/or project management, with a proven track record of creating and implementing processes that result in improved business performance. You will participate in cross-functional or cross-business issues, utilize Issue Management processes, and engage with senior business level officers, legal, risk, and compliance regarding complex matters. Additionally, you will be responsible for initiating and developing relationships with other business units, identifying and understanding business needs, and implementing solutions to improve effectiveness and results.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have high attention to detail and quality, demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, effective planning and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel. Consistent clear and concise written and verbal communication skills are essential. A bachelor's/university degree or equivalent experience is required, with preferred qualifications including licensing/registration such as Series 7, Series 9, Series 10, and Series 24.
