We are seeking an Insurance Industry Liaison Specialist to join our team. The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards in the United States.

The successful candidate will conduct thorough research to identify potential suppliers for add-ons, branding materials, and other event requirements. They will negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities.
  • Maintaining inventory tracking and regularly updating event inventory sheets.
  • Quality checking of design aspects such as banners, signage, brochures, and other promotional materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience/knowledge in event planning, client management, or supplier research.
  • Experience with graphic design software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator is a plus.

Working Conditions: Monday - Friday, we work from our office. We do not offer remote work.
