Job Description:As a Registered General Nurse with Atrium Healthcare, you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts, ensuring work fits around your lifestyle. You will be placed in a range of healthcare environments, from clinical hospitals to nursing homes and residential facilities where your expertise will be crucial in delivering exceptional patient care.
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care in a variety of settings.
- Administer medication and treatments in accordance with care plans.
- Monitor and assess patients' health, recording vital signs and updating care records.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, care assistants, and support workers.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with regulatory standards.
- Follow health and safety procedures and infection control guidelines.
- Valid NMC Registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
- A minimum of 6 months of nursing experience in a similar setting (hospital, care home, supported living).
- Compassionate, empathetic, and able to deliver patient-centred care.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
