Social Services Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Sutton. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people, and their families, to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate the needs of children and young people, and develop effective plans to support them.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, including social workers, teachers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
- Communicate effectively with children, young people, and their families, using a range of strategies to engage and support them.
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive records of children and young people's progress, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to support their care.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the team's work plan.
- Registered Social Worker with the Social Work England (SWE) register.
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
- Qualification in Social Work (e.g. BA or MA in Social Work).
- Completion of the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) program.
