Job Overview:

This role is responsible for providing dedicated support to clients who have experienced a bereavement, ensuring they receive the highest level of service. Key tasks include handling internal and external calls, responding to emails and postal correspondence, and assisting estates with their workload.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a minimum of 6 months experience within Hargreaves Lansdown. They should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and escalate when necessary. Additionally, they should be able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling internal and external calls from bereaved clients relating to estates or pensions
  • Responding to email and postal correspondence from representatives and third parties
  • Assisting estates with their workload during available times

We offer a competitive salary of £25,500 - £29,500 per annum, based on experience. The working hours are Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, with a rota within these hours. Once you have completed your training and probation, we also offer hybrid working arrangements.

What You'll Need:
  • At least 6 months experience within Hargreaves Lansdown and current role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work to high standards of accuracy and service
