About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Trading Manager to lead our charity ecommerce operation to the next level. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Director of Public Fundraising and Retail to create a strategy for our ecommerce offering, maximising income through sales of high-value or specialist items.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive sales growth and revenue increase
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce team, including team management and identification and listing of items
  • Collaborate with the Director of Public Fundraising and Retail to create a strategy for our ecommerce offering
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyse ecommerce performance metrics to inform business decisions

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably in a charity or non-profit organisation
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
