About the Position:

  • Design and deliver engaging Drama lessons that meet the needs of students across Key Stages.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging active participation and creative expression.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to produce high-quality school productions, drama clubs, and other extracurricular activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in drama education, applying this knowledge to enhance student outcomes.

Essential Criteria:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong subject expertise in drama and theatre arts, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.

Compensation Package:

Salary range: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
