Paid Media Specialist

GIMO Global Interactive Marketing Online Ltd is a leading independent marketing agency and software developer within the iGaming industry, based in London.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our team, working closely with the Head of Paid Search and the Vice President of Acquisition to build successful PPC and Paid Social strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective PPC and Paid Social campaigns across multiple markets, utilizing platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, and Bing.
- Manage and maintain large keyword lists, providing creative copy suggestions and ensuring campaign performance reports are shared with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with local marketing teams and country managers to align PPC and Paid Social strategies and gather insights.
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, highlighting key areas of importance in line with company goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in Digital Marketing and iGaming/Sport.
- Strong hands-on experience in PPC and Paid Social, with a minimum of 2 years.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present data.
- Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and performance-driven.
- Familiarity with bid optimisation tools, with knowledge of SA360 a bonus.
- Managed medium to large-sized PPC budgets of at least 50k/month.
- Fluency in multiple languages, including French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, and German.
Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
