Instructional Lead

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled teacher to lead the instruction of students aged 5-11 in a primary school setting.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement the school's curriculum and participate in staff meetings to discuss student progress and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing lesson plans that meet the needs of all learners
  • Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance
  • Contributing to the development of the school's curriculum

Requirements:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent qualification
  • Prior experience of teaching in a primary school setting
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum
