Job Description

• Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to drive business growth.
• Lead the procurement team in managing relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• A degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
• Excellent negotiation and networking skills.
• Strong knowledge of supplier or third-party management software.
• Ability to collect and analyse data to inform procurement decisions.

What We Offer

• A competitive salary range between £45,000 to £55,000 per year.
