Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic sales professional to facilitate the rental of properties, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Conduct viewings of properties and provide detailed information to potential buyers or tenants.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local property market trends.
  • Manage property listings.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales and lettings, including documentation and contracts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or renting process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:
  1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  2. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  3. Previous experience in sales, lettings, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
  4. Proficient in administrative tasks with attention to detail.
  5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
  6. A valid driving licence may be required for property viewings.

Compensation and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £20,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as a company car, company events, and a company pension.
