Your Role and Impact

In this leadership role, you will drive the successful implementation of HCA's state-of-the-art EHR system, Meditech Expanse. Your expertise will be instrumental in the seamless integration of this technology, which is already advancing through key phases of the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee functionalities, data, reporting, testing, and integrations to ensure the solution is effectively tested and transitioned into a sustainable support model.
  • Workstream Management: Lead five ITG workstreams critical to delivering the EHR solution, encompassing Data Management, Testing, Integration & Interoperability, Enterprise Architecture, and Cloud Services.
  • System Leadership: Exercise considerable autonomy in overseeing EHR digital solutions and pathways, collaborating closely with clinical leadership teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure the new system meets clinical needs, influencing key decisions on system design and training.
  • Resource & Financial Oversight: Manage IT resources within the project, ensuring alignment with KPIs and providing regular updates to the executive team.
