Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Theatre Equipment Maintenance Professional to join our team at Practice Plus Group, located in Emersons Green, Bristol. The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on a 37.5-hour workweek and 2 Saturday shifts per month.

Main Duties:

  • Reprocessing reusable medical devices, including washing, disinfecting, and sterilising theatre equipment.
  • Maintaining supplies inventories and stock levels, with accurate records kept on the computer system tracking various theatre items and instruments.
  • Monitoring all procedures and reporting malfunctions of sterilisers and washer-disinfectors to the Sterile Services Manager.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A strong background in medical device reprocessing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • A focus on maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
