Purpose
To support the delivery of The Change Project across East London Boroughs, the Cognitive Behavioural Mentor will provide mentoring to enable young people with entrenched views about themselves and their futures to make positive steps forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide cognitive behavioural mentoring to young people
- Develop effective relationships with stakeholders, including young people, employers, and team members
- Support the delivery of The Change Project
Requirements
- Diploma in cognitive mentoring or equivalent
- Experience of successfully applying cognitive behavioural approaches with young people
- Experience of developing effective relationships with stakeholders
