Job Summary:

The Commercial and Technical Estimator is a key role within our team at Proftech Talent, responsible for executing commercial price calculations for new RFQs and current assemblies. This involves reviewing, interpreting, and calculating pricing against customer Bills of Materials (BOM) and schematic information to enable the creation of a commercial sales proposal.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and review customer BOMs to create quotations based on materials, labor, and other factors.
- Utilize previous knowledge of electrical estimating to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.

Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Commercial estimating experience within an electrical manufacturing environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders of varying complexity levels.
