We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Willing Care. As a Level 3 qualified professional, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to thrive.
**Job Summary:**
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and education to children aged [insert age range]. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement engaging activities and experiences that foster learning and holistic growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Establish and maintain a safe, hygienic, and inviting environment for young children
* Develop and execute a wide range of age-appropriate activities and experiences

* Maintain open and effective communication with parents and fellow staff
* Monitor and evaluate children's advancements, documenting observations and collaborating with colleagues to contribute to the formulation of individualized learning plans
