Job Title: Data Admin Officer

Human Appeal is a leading charity organization that aims to abolish poverty by providing humanitarian aid, sustainable development programs, and advocating for our beneficiaries worldwide.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Admin Officer to join our team based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in monitoring and reviewing the organization's data held by our systems, such as Salesforce, to ensure accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly monitor and review data in HA key systems to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain records by administering regular database cleansing, fulfilling data requests, and supporting key stakeholder departments with extensive data requirements.
  • Update systems to reflect accurate information and support the Donor Care / Systems / Finance / Programmes / Fundraising / Communications team and other stakeholders to process and maintain this information.
Requirements:
  • Ideal degree-educated in a related field (IT/Finance).
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven administrative/office-based experience.
  • Experience of using databases, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong awareness of GDPR and confidentiality.
  • Previous experience of Data Quality, Data Sourcing, and Data Cleansing.
  • Skilled with several of the following: Excel & Salesforce.
  • The ability to use advanced Excel functions, including VLookup and Pivot tables.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the international development sector.
