Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of care services, with over 25 years' experience and nearly 240 care homes. We are seeking a Home Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for delivering person-centred care to elderly and vulnerable people.
As a Home Manager, you will be a leading face in the delivery of our mission to provide the best possible care. You will have inspirational leadership skills, a passion for person-centred care, and a successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care.
Our Home Manager rewards package is one of the best in the care sector, offering a competitive basic salary with bonuses up to 100%, a generous relocation package, quality-based bonuses up to £10k, and an 8% ER Pension Package.
