Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced C/C++ Software Engineer for Next Generation Devices to join our team at Amazon.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive engineering and business decisions, leveraging technology frameworks, optimization techniques, and high availability services.
Your main focus will be on firmware development of platform components for upcoming Ring battery-powered devices, on Linux and/or RTOS based SOCs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop firmware for next-generation devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engineering and business decisions.
  • Leverage technology frameworks, optimization techniques, and high availability services.
  • Design or architect new and existing systems using design patterns, reliability, and scaling.

Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000 per year
