About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Development Administrator. As a key member of our Development team, you will provide administrative support to our Project Manager and contribute to the success of our Duchy developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general secretarial and administrative support to the Project Manager and Development team
  • Respond to general enquiries and maintain logs recording general enquiries and responses
  • Manage filing systems and work with the Project Manager to maintain and develop financial reporting and health and safety systems
  • Meet and greet visitors, prepare rooms for meetings, and coordinate VIP visits to our developments
  • Liaise with the Finance team to monitor and manage payments, process invoices, and update budget records

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
