Teaching Personnel is part of the Supporting Education Group, a leading education recruitment agency in the UK. We have been serving schools and educators since 1996 and have a strong presence across England and Wales.
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Candidate Consultant to join our team. As a Candidate Consultant, you will play a crucial role in bringing schools and teachers together to provide a better education experience for pupils.
Key Responsibilities
- Delight customers through strong relationship building and delivery of best quality administrative support to teachers and teaching assistants
- Proactively communicate with branches and candidates regarding vetting and registration
- Create and publish job adverts and interviewing alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants
- Be a data input and data management wizard
