Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HGV Driver to join our team at HR GO PLC. This permanent opportunity involves operating an 18-ton flatbed truck and handling heavy steel work materials in an engineering setting.

The ideal candidate will have a valid Class 2 driving license, experience with HGV driving in an engineering or construction setting, and strong knowledge of roping and sheeting techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport heavy steel work materials to and from job sites
  • Operate handling equipment to load and unload materials
  • Secure loads using proper roping and sheeting techniques
  • Conduct routine vehicle checks and maintenance
  • Adhere to traffic laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and mileage

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum based on location and experience.
