About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Bank RMO Doctor to join our dynamic team at Elysium Healthcare. The successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality clinical care and treatment for individuals suffering from trauma and mental health disorders.

Key responsibilities include reviewing the mental state and physical health of service users, attending seclusion reviews and escalated incidents, completing full physical health screens for new admissions, and working effectively with colleagues to ensure patients have access to appropriate medical treatment. The ideal candidate will also be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and service users, and contribute to a positive team environment.

To be considered for this role, you must have full GMC registration, experience working in psychiatry within multi-disciplinary teams, and have had an appraisal/RITA within the last year. A minimum of one year's experience in Psychiatry is also required, with experience working as a doctor within a PICU/Secure services being desirable.

Estimated salary: £38-42 per hour.
