Spa Therapist Role Overview

De Vere Cotswold Waterpark Hotel is seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa experiences to our guests, ensuring their relaxation and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and beauty treatments.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service skills.
  • Work collaboratively with the spa team to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the spa business.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 Beauty qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.
