Job Summary:
As a Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our operations. About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team. As a Senior RME Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of equipment performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with our teams to ensure that all processes are followed correctly and that any issues are addressed promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of technicians to ensure that all equipment is running properly and efficiently
• Monitor processes to ensure that regulations and policies are followed
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to increase equipment uptime
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance

What You'll Need:
• HNC/HND/NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent
• Relevant experience in a technical leadership role
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical disciplines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per year
