Select Appointments is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our esteemed country house hotel in Hertfordshire.

This permanent position involves working a standard 47.5 hour week over 5 days, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A proven track record in culinary arts and experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• An ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain high levels of productivity.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team culture.
