Security Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Door Supervisor to join our security team at Oran Mor in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage crowds and queues to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Deal with conflict and restrain or escort customers as necessary
- Ensure the safety of customers and staff at all times
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor Badge is mandatory for this role
- 2 years experience in a similar role would be preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to diffuse high tension situations
- Availability to work shifts, including late nights and weekends as per business needs
