Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Gold Group Limited. As a key member of our cost and project management consultancy, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-profile projects for a well-known client in the aviation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough benchmarking and reviews of the design to ensure alignment with the client's requirements, building contracts, and lease agreements.
  2. Collaborate closely with the project team and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects from start to finish.
  3. Provide cost estimation and budget management throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring financial targets are met.
  4. Prepare and present reports on project progress, financial status, and compliance to senior management and stakeholders.
  5. Liaise with contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the project execution.
  6. Monitor project schedules and assist in maintaining timelines to ensure on-time project delivery.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the NEC contract, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team. A proven track record of delivering aviation or similar infrastructure projects for principal contractors or a cost consultant is essential.
