About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Software Engineer to lead the development of our Salesforce powered Digital platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing new features within the Salesforce platform to meet business needs.
  • Integrating Salesforce with various internal and external data systems to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility.
  • Collaborating with project managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions that enhance user experience.
  • Conducting thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software performance.
  • Providing ongoing maintenance and support for the Salesforce platform, including troubleshooting issues and implementing updates as needed.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities, as well as experience with data modeling, management, and security within Salesforce. Additionally, proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, and Salesforce API integrations is essential. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and proven experience as a Software Engineer or Salesforce Developer are also required.
